The one thing that has helped my chronically chapped lips so much.  This is not a balm but more of a lip treatment.  It can also be used as cuticle cream!

From Aesop, a vitamin rich cream to soothe and hydrate lips. A lightweight formula featuring Vitamin E and no silicone or paraffin. Use forefinger to apply to lips as needed.
